As an educational advocate, I specialize in Special Education Advocacy, providing support for IEP and 504 plans. I offer parent consultation and assist in school meeting preparation to ensure effective student success planning.

Tracy L. Bailey, M.Ed., is the Founder and Principal Consultant of STRC & Associates LLC, bringing more than two decades of experience in education, leadership, advocacy, program development, and community engagement.
As an educational leader, consultant, and educational advocate, Tracy is passionate about helping individuals, families, organizations, and communities navigate challenges, strengthen systems, and achieve meaningful outcomes. Her expertise spans educational advocacy, student support services, educational technology, organizational leadership, strategic planning, and workforce development, with a focus on alternative education solutions.
Drawing from both professional experience and personal insight, Tracy approaches every partnership with a commitment to service, collaboration, and results. She believes that sustainable success begins with understanding people, building strong relationships, and aligning resources with purpose.
In addition to leading STRC & Associates LLC, Tracy serves in public education, supporting highly mobile student populations and helping organizations leverage data-informed strategies to improve outcomes and remove barriers to success. She is also a Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) Practitioner and a dedicated advocate for educational equity, family empowerment, and community impact.
